The below two images describes the sunny Island before and after its development. Its clearly seen that, commercially Sunny Island has got lot of changes in the year of 2017 when compared the year of 1977. The first image illustrates, in 1977 there is less development in Sunny Island as the most of the land is covered with forest and high range of hills. Also there are only few houses and the most of the places are empty. Whereas, in 2017 as shown in second image the island is commercially developed with lot of constructions. The most of the land is covered with hotels and restaurants with fishing Bays nearer to them. The eastern part of the forest is destructed and built with hotels. And few of the hotels and restaurants are close to the Hill area.
