Some people say that achieving success in career while maintaining a solid marriage is impossible while others claim that successful career and happy family life can go together. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

It has profoundly been debated that gaining prosperity in the job and family life at the same time is impossible, while others believe that it is available. There are valid opinions on both sides of this intensely debated topic and I will deliberate them now. On the first side of the argument, I understand why certain people are in favour of the opinion that achievement in career is important for people and it is not achievable in family members who force to do all works of family and job together. The foremost point to depict is that couples suffer to complete their all task in one day in these situations. In other words, if they do not plan to overcome all things, it might be problem for them. On the other hand, I would side those who endorse the argument that overcoming drawbacks which are established by doing job and housework is conceivable. The primary reason why I advocate that idea is due to the fact of the ability of married couples to trust each other and make the right plans together. To be more specific, if people have a self-esteem, they can manage their business and family. For instance, some people can manage their time successfully and they achieve accomplishment. By way of conclusion, taking the above-mentioned justifications into account, even though there are numerous reasons for the former statement, however I am of the opinion that accomplishing progress and happiness being a member of family and job is possible and they can do in a thoughtful way.
