Showing deep disclination along with less efficiency during work, I believe disadvantages outweigh advantages eventually. A profound unwilling less obviously appears in people working unremittingly. Firstly, constant activity is clearly destroying the proper balance between family and work. Hence, individual’s regular life is substantially changed by multifarious incidences might happen every second which consequently affect on family ‘s environment. For example, a constant engagement person is arbitrary deprived of participating in important event, for they are implicated in contacting employers continually. Furthermore, they are overwhelmed by family disapproval as a negative ramification causing lack of motivation. Secondly, being dominated by employers, people suffer lack of confidant over time. Although every individual is directly under company’s supervision, but under no condition do people enjoy to be confined, for they lose their self-esteem as well. people efficiency will considerably decrease, should they work continuously. Society employed as slaves are terribly saturated by tiredness and lack sleep causing distraction impact on their performance. In addition, a creative healthy mind is originated from a person not suffering lack of focus. Thus, individual’s maximum efficiency is not attained during this method. There is a vehement enthusiasm toward this view indicating a prosperous company is based on hard workers utilizing the maximum effort leading a tremendous beneficial result. In conclusion, companies expecting un reasonable high activity are truly endangered by poverty of efficiency and job satisfaction between employees which embitters condition.
