To whom it may concern, Aim of this proposal is to recommend that my friend james is one of the best option to be chosen. It has been six months since I met james. He is hardworking, energetic, trustworthy, unselfish and friendly. He spends his time on helping co-workers. I have witnessed a lot of time that he has endeavoured to improve his skill to contribute this company in addition He took many different courses so far such as dancing, spanish. His role is a software engineer in the company. He started to work just 5 months ago and became our one of the best colleague. I believe that His abilities will be so critical for this project since, there is no doubt he will extent our horizons. When I compare other stuff to james he has right to win this reward because His character is very suitable to help the company to build a marvellous future also this award will encourage the others employees to be more beneficial for the company.
