Nowadays, people are prone to eat more fast food comparing to the past decades. The reason for this may be the fact that a sheer number of this food is very much accessible and is already cooked for us. As a result, choosing this kind of meal instead of a nutrient one leads to certain repercussions like serious problems with health. Although these days people have a wide range of food to pick, it often plays a cruel joke with them. Due to the fact that few decades ago no such food existed or existed but in small amounts, there weren’t any preferences for the former option. To illustrate, the USSR is a perfect example when its government literally cutt off the fast food produced overseas. And it actually helped a lot to avoid a high demand for it. Not only does a popularity of processed food occur, but also its unpleasant consequences as named kind of food is throughoutly comprised of sugar and carbs. In particular, it might entail to various diseases; for example diabeties, liver and heart failures and so on. The recent study of the WHOM provided information that almost every third American child experienced an obesity because of overeating junk food. To conclude, the current generation does suffer from the surplus in fast food in comparison with distant past. Thus, if supermarkets weren’t bringing up this type of food on their shelves, there could be a chance for people not to get affected and then diagnosed with health problems.
