About 10 days ago, I wanted to get on the plane due to flight number PTNN260a. Unfortunatelly, I understood my seat and some other people’s had been overbooked. Since I had bought my ticket two weeks before the taking off, I expected it was my right to take the seat; I was the first person who bought it. But the flight attendant got me out, and I have been forced to go back home. I have attached two photos: one of them contains my ticket number and the other one is my transcription receipt. Now, the recommendation of mine is to punish the flight attendant, and pay the compensation. I hope to receive an email from you soon.
