In my opinion it is not a good idea to conduct two surgeries to change the appearance first it is because it is very harmful for the human body surgeries may involve the different chemicals and wounds on the body which will disrupt the balance of the body similarly second reason is that it is the ultimate of the surgery is very unpredictable we don't know how we are going to look even after the doctor's plan rigorously for example there are multiple celebrities who have been on been unable to obtain the desired shape of the nose
