This essay will discuss both advantages and disadvantages of utilizing computers in education as well as different measures to curb its negative effects. In today's world, use of computers widely became a learning source for many schools and colleges. More percentage of teaching techniques transformed to digitalized methods. This reformation of latest procedures in education system helps children understand the concept more clearly. For instance, display of more vivid and colorful pictures through power point presentations, aid in crystal clear understanding of geography and scientific topics, in particular. Instead of teaching subject manually with the help of black board, visualizing colorful images through computers, can steal more attention from the children. Also, presenting videos such as seed germination, Labour delivery, C-section procedures provide subtle learning. On the other hand, there are also vile effects that emerge from digital learning and computer games. To exemplify, children get addicted more to games leading to disarrayed personalities. Furthermore, children get vision problems like glaucoma, conjunctivitis because of the constant projection of UV rays from systems. In conclusion, there are both pros and cons of utilizing computer games in education system. I recommend indulging them should not exceed the viable limitations.
