Modern communications mean that it’s no longer necessary to write letters. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

There is an argument that as the contemporary interaction has been more popular, writing letter has become absolute. I disagree with this perspective primarily, because no matter how much modern communications have improved, there are some cases we still need to write a letter, additionally stating your opinion clearly while communicating with someone sometimes might be hard. One of the main benefits of communicating through the letters would be to show respects. What I am mean by this, sometimes it is arduous to say everything whatever you want to tell somebody while talking to him or her. Let us say, you are an employee of a huge corporation and you can not simply call the head of that organization and say your wishes for his or her birthday. However, it would be more appropriate kindly to write a letter to state your opinions. In this case, there is little-to-no chance to make a mistake. Many years of experiences have proven that if someone an employee of an enormous company calls director chances are, he will not even bother to talk. Furthermore, putting forward your ideas can be difficult. Simply put, you have only one chance to put through your thoughts to implement the project. So, if you forgot something that might be vital to say in order to convince someone to start carrying out your ideas everything would be ruined. Therefore, spending more time and making concise but comprehensive sentences in letter is a sure-fire way to nail anything you want. All things considered, although significant development on modern communication system has simplified almost everything, however, showing respects and stating one's opinions clearly are worth the effort in order to better the quality of your imagination.
