Many people will claim to be honest with themselves, but deep down they are not

What I need to be free? Many people will claim to be honest with themselves, but deep down they are not. In fact, some won’t even know that the are not and will continue to experience negativity in their lives. I need to be free, but how? Some friends said to me to let it goes, let’s be free! How could be better, if u never brave to leave him and go far a way, u should try to be different and doing something that make you happier. But how about my old life, my parent, my family too? Expecialy my mother, who never know, what I want, and what have done. Many roles that I made broken, such as my faith, my purity and my relationship.
