Social skills are necessary, in my opinion behaiver of employers can impact on client I think all employers wich work in each office shoud learn how treat to client. For example, angry, showting, not respect to people, no to be hnoset and. . . . . can impact negative effect on client and can lead to dissatisfication of customer I think both of them are esentail becuse a employer with best social skill witout qualification can not be excellent and the invert of this is not good, too. I think qualification and social skills are complement and it liks to game with to stage, social skiils is first stage wich if use corretly can atteract client and second one is qualification, i think work with hight quality can protect the avidity of client
