Moreover, employment was generated in many sectors such as accommodation, entertainment, and transport. Locals tend to improve their lifestyle by depending on the tourists who visit their towns/cities. For instance, in 2019, a study by London University found that Singapore's average GDP (Grass Domestic Product) has been increased by 33% over past years due to travel policies. Furthermore, tourism opens our minds by exchanging our ideas and communicating with natives. Exploring new places always allows us to make connections globally and exchange cultural customs.
