This essay will not only discuss the benefits associated with this trend but its drawbacks will also be highlighted. Despite the disadvantages below, there are some notable advantages which support renting a house. One of them is that renting a house is not cost dear for people. This is due to the fact that people have not to pay taxes, mortgage interest which is high burden on them. For example, in the state of taxes, USA, residents pay as much as 10 to 12 dollars in property taxes a year. Secondly, flexibility also essential factor for people which is provided by rented housing. To specify more, the job market trends demand is shifting from one place to another. The cost of moving is much less if the residents are renting as compared to owing. On the other side, there are several limitations to renting that people should take into account. Firstly, in the past, families remained integrated due to the fact that of their ancestral homes and its emotional value. In contemporary era, we are seeing families are drafting apart due to the fact that they do not have ancestor to hold them together throught time. Moreover, people waste huge amount of money when they are renting home and which will be beneficial in their ups and downs after retirement.
