In terms of choosing a new roommate, I would give priority to cleanliness. Hygiene is more important to me than friendliness or quietness in a roommate. I've always believed that health and hygiene are interconnected. I often spend many hours studying, doing some stuff in my room every day, and I suppose it to be a pleasant and tidy place. I think everyone needs to be responsible for a singular, tiny room that they shared with another person I've also had a bad experience with an unhygienic roommate. She used to leave dirty plates with leftover food lying around in the room. Things got so bad I couldn’t stand it! Therefore, cleanliness would be something I would value in a roommate
