At the early life, they look for opportunities for building their career and are ready to do any kinds of jobs. These helps the country to get more worker for all kinds of job allocated for them. The particular country enjoy the beauty of having more population. In an example, we know about the population of china and how they've worked on figuring out how these much resources can help them to boost up their economical situation. They've allocated diffrent jobs as they have structured their job sector in layers. Without justified from every point of the corner, the process can not be sufficient. In conclusion, the numbers are never the barrier, if the authority can use the right resource in the right place. Rather, human resources are the biggest strenghts of a nation although most of them are not being used properly.
