Working individually does not prove to be methodical customarily. A man has to rely on others because he is not gruntled with the thing he does alone. Moreover, it is a human nature to pursue what others feel or say, is correct. Besides, teamwork demarcates works and responsibilities causing less burden on an individual. A good teamwork should always have trust as its foundation stone because a team relies heavily on trust. If any of the members of the team is unreliable then there is a huge possibility that the trust between an entire team can become fragile. With this we get that, developing a strong relationship is also very important. One should discuss his thoughts and ideas to each and all to strengthen the bond. Moreover, the quality of subservience is also of utmost importance. With this one can achieve great excellence, which being another crucial factor, would let one and all to climb the ladder of success. Success does not always come all the way around. One has to get the basic intellection of the work done. We need a support ball i. e. a team which is based on trust and hardwork and negotiating capability.
