Covid-19 pandemic has affected in a higher level Mexican society and economy. First of all, the health impact. People don't practice social distancing and the numbers of infectious people have increased, due to irresponsibility, many shops, restaurants, clubs and other social places remains closed. This a big problem for Mexican economy because for many states tourism is the main source of income. It’s not only for companies, is also a problem for local inhabitants that depend on tourism. Many people have lost their jobs and they can do nothing. The percentage of poor people have increased since 2020. The government is doing nothing. They don’t understand the problem that many citizens are suffering. They haven’t known how to manage this situation; their measures haven’t been enough to eradicate the virus. Isolation is not the best option to finish the contagiousness. Government should look for better strategies in which Mexicans could be benefited.
