On the basis of that, some key aspects of the theory are independence, realism, opportunity and equity. It does not allow the interference of any monarch ruler otherwise which might become a hinderance to businesses, hence it would help in the advancement of the economy. Further which might lead to the acceleration of globalization in the society. Along with the reformation of any change in society, this philosophy also provides an opportunity for social world to gain adaptability. Liberals generally support the idea that government should take responsibility for the advancement of social and financial uniformity. For instance, dissidents embrace the lowest pay permitted by law laws, contending that in the absence of legislative authorities the private businessmen might exploit the labour (middle and lower caste people)

So in the case, the neediest person become poorer and which makes his survival more difficult in the society. In the case of defense, again the philosophy requires government to take care of the law and order in order to maintain peaceful decorum in the society. Proper laws should be established to punish the criminals, presence of a defence mechanism such as arm forces at borders, proper regulation of police force must be there to attain the national security. Liberalism is more about the fact that government should be responsible for most of issue of individuals at societal level. It asks the administration to maintain the freedom of people, their basic amenities should be taken care, any violation to their freedom and other related issues should be solved. Hence it appears that according to this theory the most important branch of government which should be served first is to take care of the rights of people in society in order to maintain the proper functioning of a society. Because if general public is not properly supported and there might be a sense of insecurity among them regarding their basic rights then as a result other big issues could arise which might resist the overall prosperity of society. If there would be excessive trial to command all such things under one authority then relatively there would be improper functioning of the legislature. Instead of one system controlling everything, this might be better if responsibilities should be divided among selective structures who would be regulated by selected representatives of general public. Hence the more centralisation might not lead to the appropriate functioning of liberalism especially in democratic society.
