first of all, government is key of a country. without a government a country cannot be ruled or moved. government is head of a nation who makes rules, regulations and policies for a peoples. in my point of view, yes i think this statement is good because train are faster than vehicle. train can be reliable and seats are more number compared than bus. in train there will be certain stops and time management will be less. secondly, the government should make a proper fare system or pricing because poor people cannot afford it. in different places railways cannot be made problems (like rivers, conservation areas, national parks or hills) and it deals with deforestation. railways can cause a soil erosion in a different places due to sloppy areas. railway can affect a national revenue of a country by cost of infrastructure and number of labors. railway
