The illustration shows the various stages involved in the production of coffee using the dry method. First of all, the beans are sorted by hand and then cleaned using a sieve. After that, the coffee beans are dried in the sun for 4 weeks and then they are turned and raked by the farmer and before the beans are sent to the mill they are stored in silo. To continue the process hulling needs to be done by a worker, followed by grading using a special toop. The next step is bagging, that they can be sold in the 10th stage. Following this, a special machine is used for roasting the coffee. Finally, the coffee is packaged and delivered to be sold in the markets.
