Discrimination against the LGBT community

Discrimination against the LGBT community PRE8w
Inequality of The LGBT Community Should Not Appear in The Society Dear parents, When first hearing the word “equality” what comes to mind? In terms of ethics as well as actual standards of a person. Do you really understand that equality is the equal status, rights and opportunities that every citizen must have at birth? Our basic human rights should not be violated due to certain race, religion or sex. In fact, a recent Australian equality survey of LGBT people found that discrimination was the number one concern among respondents. The above-identified discrimination law gaps should be filled as soon as possible. Historically, homosexual, someone who sexually attracted to people of the same sex, have always been discriminated against. Over the past time, homosexuals have protested and fought for their equality. On the contrary, how are they perceived by the society? Is this what they want to receive from society? Imagine one day your child is also a part of the LGBT community? How do you feel? And what are you going to do to deal with that harsh truth hitting your face? Before answering these questions. Today, let us take a moment to sit down, to think, to reflect and reconsider together and focus on rationality by highlighting the idea of equal rights for LGBT individuals. Firstly, the corrupt discrimination against people in the LGBT community should not exist in this civilized society in any way. According to Relationship Australia NSW, bullying is a big problem for LGBT people. WOW! It was like a direct slap in my face. About six out of 10 people have endured verbal ridicule and abuse, with two out of 10 admitting to physical assault. Discrimination in the workplace still affects LGBT people, although it has been completely illegal across Australia in 2013. How would you feel if you were treated like this? It is a common problem that everyone deserves to be treated equally. The Constitution calls it 'the obvious'. Why am I being unfairly discriminated against because of my gender? Indeed, one in 10 LGBT employees actually quit their job after they were made to feel unwelcome, and half of these people feel they have to try to keep their sexual orientation a secret at work through fear of discrimination. People can often feel pressured to fit in with societal conventions of being male or female. People who do not fit the pattern can be ridiculed, intimidated, and even physically abused. Is it their fault when they are born with a different gender from everyone in society? As part of the LGBT community, I bravely tell you that it does not matter who you are and what your gender is? It is just what you can do to make your life and society more beautiful. Despite increasing acceptance of LGBT people in society and greater visibility in the media and public life, many LGBT people are still subjected to discrimination, harassment, and violence at workplaces, schools, and in social situations. It is unbelievable that many LGBT people report surprisingly well dealing with systemic discrimination well and are susceptibility to depression or any other mental health condition. However, long-term experiences of discrimination and stigmatisation can lead to a higher likelihood of emotional distress, depression, and anxiety. I stand here to ask you, is an act of emotional torture against another person affecting their mental health considered unlawful behaviour? Whether they have held responsible for this misconduct before the law or just an apology that must be made? Are those people who commit the above acts take responsibility for this misconduct before the law or just an apology that must be made? Secondly, LGBT people, especially those still searching for their identities, may experience a variety of different emotions and thoughts as they try to capture their emotions. Therefore, as parents, you should think thoroughly, understand and sympathise with your children as well as support them mentally, protect and empower them in all circumstances. No one can choose their gender; let them be themselves. Considering they are trying to cope with their own emotions, LGBT people can often find themselves facing the reactions and opinions of family and friends, not to mention workplace and social issues. PLEASE. . . PLEASE. . . PLEASE Parents! Do not be the last person in that rotten feudal society - you do not want to be old fashioned in your community! Generally, such problems can take the form of bullying, discrimination, feelings of isolation, fear of reactions, or pressure that materialises when “coming out. ” Relationship and family problems can often arise in the LGBT community. LGBT people are at a much greater risk of becoming depressed or feeling anxious compared with other genders. If we do not change soon, all the LGBT people will hurt themselves more and more! Don't you see how dangerous it would be to continue being discriminated against? Eventually, due to what society says and does, LGBT people are more likely to experience depression and anxiety. The good news is that the government has committed to raising awareness about these issues and helping reduce the stigma facing the LGBT community. Movember Foundation has launched a national campaign to increase understanding of the Australian community about discrimination and its impact on the mental health of the LGBT community. It is designed to remind people to stop discrimination, to think about how the comments you make can cause real suffering and harm, to respect those who are different from you. When I was a child, I also had to endure limitless mockery from my friends at school. It made me stronger, more mature, and made me find my own identity. I do not hesitate to tell you that I am a part of the LGBT community. However, the parental barrier is too great, as we do not have the opportunity to openly embrace who we are, as well as get accepted by the family. Try putting yourself into their shoes is it really wrong if you love someone of the same sex? Is your heart wanting a person of the same sex that you have feelings for is really wrong? Please listen to my voice, even once, what I have said, then reflect on it and open your mind to welcome us, we are part of the LGBT community!

Historically

On the contrary

society
? Imagine one day your child is
also
a
part
of the LGBT
community
? How do you
feel
? And what are you going to do to deal with that harsh truth hitting your face?
Before
answering these questions.
Today
,
let
us take a moment to sit down, to
think
, to reflect and reconsider together and focus on rationality by highlighting the
idea
of equal rights for LGBT individuals.

Firstly
, the corrupt
discrimination
against
people
in the LGBT
community
should not exist in this civilized
society
in any way. According to Relationship Australia NSW, bullying is a
big
problem
for LGBT
people
. WOW! It was like a direct slap in my face. About six out of 10
people
have endured verbal ridicule and abuse, with two out of 10 admitting to physical assault.
Discrimination
in the workplace
still
affects LGBT
people
, although it has been completely illegal across Australia in 2013. How would you
feel
if you
were treated
like this? It is a common
problem
that everyone deserves to
be treated
equally
. The Constitution calls it 'the obvious'. Why am I being
unfairly
discriminated against
because
of my gender?

Indeed
, one in 10 LGBT employees actually quit their job after they
were made
to
feel
unwelcome, and half of these
people
feel
they
have to
try to
keep
their sexual orientation a secret at work through fear of
discrimination
.
People
can
often
feel
pressured to fit in with societal conventions of being male or female.
People
who
do not fit the pattern can
be ridiculed
, intimidated, and even
physically
abused. Is it their fault when they
are born
with a
different
gender from everyone in
society
? As
part
of the LGBT
community
, I
bravely
tell
you that it does not matter
who
you are and what your gender is? It is
just
what you can do to
make
your life and
society
more
beautiful
.

Despite increasing acceptance of LGBT
people
in
society
and greater visibility in the media and public life,
many
LGBT
people
are
still
subjected to
discrimination
, harassment, and violence at workplaces, schools, and in social situations. It is unbelievable that
many
LGBT

However
, long-term experiences of

? Are those

Secondly
, LGBT
people
,

let

Considering they are trying to cope with their
own

people
can

PLEASE
Parents! Do not be the last
person
in that rotten feudal
society
-
you do not want to be

in your community!
