I am writing this email regarding my last credit card bill with a due date of 22nd October. There is an error on it. I have been billed twice for the same purchase.
Actually, The initial payment was made on September 10th. I purchased one laptop valued at 899$ and that transaction was successful on the website. However, I didn't check the transaction status on the bank application. I recognized it when I got the monthly statement for my credit card. Furthermore, I inquired regarding the charges by calling the online store but everything clear on their end. Moreover, They sent the transaction receipt with the exact time and date with the transaction-id. I think there might be some technical error or server issue.
I hope you will look into this matter and will do a detailed inquiry to get to know where the mistake happened.
