Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction

These days, many perceive that salary has huge impact on their living. This raise certain questions about satisfaction towards their work. Although there are valid arguments to the contrary, in this paper, I will argue that having satisfactory job is more important. The reasons for this are twofold. Firstly, it is vitally important that financial status can't fulfill one's happiness. Even if someone is earning a high salary they often feel tensed and compromise themselves. This doesn't make him happy. While pursing one's interests will always bring a feeling of positivity and joy among them. Secondly and most importantly, Doing what you like keeps you motivated and therefore leads to career growth. In other words, there is a string connection between job satisfaction and productivity. It is scientifically proved that people who adore their tasks can easily succeed and obtain better results than to who kept money at first place.
