Nowadays, the amount of people in some countries including the young-aged is at a high level compared to the figure of older individuals. The new generation gives stimulus to the development; nevertheless, it can lead to the negative consequences such as the demographic explosion. On the one hand, adults can be considered as potential people in the management structure of the country in the future. Moreover, they will substitute the preceding generation and will contribute to sustainable development. Some countries have a great opportunity to deal with specific issues in the future, which still remain. For instance, the majority of young Indians continue their studies in high-ranked Universities worldwide, where they obtain concrete knowledge and it will be helpful for them to cope with some problems. On the other hand, in case of prevalence the number of younger people over high-aged people largely, the situation can be exaggerated. In particular, it can lead to the demographic explosion, which as a consequence will negatively affect the developing countries. For illustration, different African countries at present have serious problems and it is projected that in the future more people in this continent will struggle with hunger and water shortage. Therefore, there is a necessity to consider this issue and implement the demographic policy in these countries as much as possible.
