Aluminium Cans Recycling Process
Aluminium Cans Recycling Process radW2
The schema which is given below illustrates the aluminium cans recycling process, from collection to reusing stages in the UK. After a six steps process, used aluminium cans are converted to a reusable form.
The recycling process starts with collecting used cans which were thrown in bins. In the following step, respectively, the cans are cleaned, sorted, and shredded before being compressed. In the compressing phase, under high pressure, aluminium cans are converted into raw aluminium materials. After the heating and melting process is applied to this raw metal, liquid aluminium is cooled and is readied for the rolling step. End of the rolling process the aluminium plates with 2. 5 – 6 mm thickness are produced.
In the last stage, by using these aluminium plates, new recycled cans were made ready for any kind of drink. Ultimately, all these processes contribute to the UK economy at a 74% productivity ratio
