Money plays vital role in our daily life in 20th centuary where as job satisfaction is something people don't bother unless they are getting very less salary. This essay agrees with the fact that a big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. In the third developing nations where most of the population is still fighting to go over poverty level cash plays a huge role. due to inclination of the living expenses most people can't think of job satisfaction as mandatory goal of their career, Moreover it has became way of living and most people have compromised. For example, In india the poverty level is so high that getting a job is first goal of few families. Passion towards occupation is not something people bother. competition also plays a significant role in this as due to large popullation, mass population settle for high packaged job than a passionate job.
