The given bar chart and line show the percentage of expenditure on health and education from total GDP by UAE and infant mortality and life expectancy between 1970 and 1992. Overall, government spent the highest amount on education and the graph of life expectancy shows upward trend while infant mortality experienced downward trend. In the bar chart, the spending on education was more than health which accounts for 10% and for health it was only 8% in 1985. After that in 1990, the spending on education inclined sharply to 14% while in case of education the spending little decrease. At last in 1993, nearly 15% of money was spent on education and 10% on health. In line graph, in 1970 the mortality rate was higher which was 70 deaths per 1000 births than life expectancy which accounts for 60 years. From 1970 and 1992, the death rate decreased sharply and reached at 20 whereas the life expectancy increase and become 70 years.
