Ha Giang - where I live has many majestic landscapes. Moreover, this place has delicious and strange dishes. Therefore, my hometown attracts a lot of tourists. There is a restaurant that I am very impressed with from the first time I come to enjoy. The name of the restaurant is “Cuc Bac” and it is located in the central area of Ha Giang city. This high-end fine dining restaurant has an extravagant ambience and stylish aura which reflects the modernity and glamorous style of both “Royalty” and “Traditionality” stem from over 20 ethnics minority groups of my northernmost province. The interior wall of this famous restaurant is made of expensive tiles and brocade wall tapestries with perfect lighting scheme to illuminate them. The tables are not placed too close to each other either in order to ensure the privacy of the customers. The plates and accompaniments look exceptionally good and tasteful, matching the restaurant's royal yet cozy interior. For the foods, the celebrated restaurant serves authentic Northern Vietnamese foods such as Xoi Ngu Sac (colorful sticky rice), Pho Chua (sweet and sour Pho), Chao Au Tau (Au Tau porridge), . . . It also serves world-famous traditional Vietnamese cuisine that we all feel much less connected to: Bun Cha, Pho, Goi Cuon. Finally, this marvelous site also served the buffet that would also satisfy your taste-buds anytime. It is my favourite restaurant because I’m sure that I will always be served with fresh food with the best ingredients available in the market. Besides, whenever I come to this restaurant, the staffs always treat me like a “God” with a very friendly yet polite attitude. Never forget to serve the dishes at the right time is what I’ve experienced everytime, right after ordering for them, without keeping me waiting and hungry. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and hope it stays as good as it is now.
