Today, jobs have become very demanding in terms of performance and engagement. People have different opinions about the most important criterion when deciding to work for a company: high salary or work environment. While the environment is important to some extent, I think the high-paying job is much more important. On the one hand, the working environment is the most common criterion when people choose their jobs. A good work environment can support many facilities (computers, fax machines or elevators), allowing people to do their work faster and more efficiently. If an employee is placed in adverse working conditions, this can lead to him feeling unsatisfied with his job, which can reduce his productivity. On the other hand, people are often looking for a high-paying job. First, with a high salary, you can buy smart home appliances such as dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, . . . Instead of having to spend time on housework, you can spend more time on yourself. A relative. Second, with high wages people can buy things they like, luxury things or travel, . . . these material benefits bring a sense of personal satisfaction and high self-esteem. In conclusion, despite the fact that working conditions are considered extremely important for each individual. In my opinion, a job with a higher salary can increase our wealth, but it affects our physical and mental health.
