Our normal and busy life has been converted into a tedious, and petrified series of days associated with mental disorders, such as anxiety, fear, and isolation as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. In addition, money is always a long-term dilemma, in our current predicament, workers cannot work and face the ax. However, to address bad outcomes, the vital factor is to be optimistic, along with it, financial assistance from the government could alleviate this scenario. Psychological repercussions equate with implications of covid-19 since our days have turned upside and gone very quiet in a matter of days. We have to keep track of the latest news to be well-informed covid cases, especially during the sensitive waves. In other words, people have been invariably under the pressure of self-protection and prevention from this infectious illness. Furthermore, being unassociated and enduring difficulties in our own way also put us into a state of anxiety attacks and being constantly stuck. To illustrate, four out of ten adults in the US have reported symptoms of anxiety and depression during the pandemic. What’s more, this crisis also pushes the young generation or the older one like gen Z and Gen Y towards difficult challenges on their career path when various enterprises have been officially closed and educational concerns have been raised. Take a case in point, distance learning methods are full of theories without any practical lessons which are job requirements, and employees are confronting with job losses due to staff cutback and finance constraints. Notwithstanding the main hurdles, this period also benefits individuals, it registers with us as a stage for the realization-“it is as a reminder to pause – look at the rear-view mirror and reflect”. That means we have time for self-evaluation in order to assess ourselves, our blunders, our strengths, our weaknesses, and our relationships with others. To keep your mind stable, meditation is worthy of mentioning first- inhaling and exhaling slowly, putting your mind at ease. Taking regular exercise to boost your health and improve your immune system is also an ideal way to prevent infection and beautify your appearance. According to a health expert’s recommendation, having a positive outlook on life, even the toughest obstacles could protect us from 80% being at risk. Apparently, distance learning has been making a considerable contribution to stabilizing our education enabling students to be exposed to significant knowledge as much as possible. Receiving subsidies from the State aids to facilitate rough circumstances of its occupants. For instance, from the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, more than 1, 6 million has been spent on social welfare. In conclusion, in spite of the unforeseen and turbulent outbreaks that detrimentally impact our mental health and career paths, relaxing practices likewise meditating, doing exercise would be the methods of choice to escape from negative attitudes.
