Two maps describe the way to City Hospital in two different years (2007 and 2010). The main feature (City hospital) is located in the center of a ring road. Overall, there are several changes on the road to City Hospital from 2007 to 2010, namely: the separation of the car park for staff and the public; the construction of Bus station; and the replacement of T-junction and intersection to became roundabout. Regarding the Car park, in 2007 the Car park which was located in the eastern part of hospital road is for both staff and the public. However, in 2010 a new Car park has been constructed to the east of the City hospital across the ring road. This new Car park was used for the public while the elder was for staff only. Moreover, in 2010 the Bus station has been built up while the Bus stop (which exist in 2007) was removed. The Bus station was built to the west of the Hospital road. There were two gates on the left and right side of Bus station which were directly linked to the hospital road via T junction and intersection. To make it more efficient, the T- junction in the southern part of the City hospital and the intersection near city road was replaced with roundabouts in 2010.
