The bar chart illustrate the preferred means of land transportation(car, motor, bicycle) by young people in Great Britain, United States, France and Italy in a year. Generally, most young people in Italy, United States and Great Britain prefer to use cars with the exception of France, where the use of bicycle is most popular. Also, with the exception of United State, motorcycles are the least preferred in all countries. Considering the statistics for cars first of all, Great Britain and United States have the same figures at 60% each, Italy on the other hand had the highest figure of 75% whilst just 40%of young people in France prefers cars. Therefore, the use of cars is more popular among the youths in Italy followed by The UK and United States then France. Secondly, looking at the figures for bicycle, it is most popular in France where 45% of young people prefer it followed by The UK with 30%. Italy recorded a little above 10% whilst America recorded 10%. It can be deduced that the use of bicycle as a means of transportation is more popular in France, followed by UK, Italy and United States. Motorcycle is the least popular among the three with United States recording the highest of 30% followed by France with 12%, The UK with 10% and Italy with 9%.
