First, the men's data show that part-time training in 1990 is decreasing around 100. 000 students in the last twenty years. However, if we compare this against 1980 bar, it seems to have increased. Further, in case of the formal type, the population has been growing up to double in the same period. In the other hand, the evidence related to women, indicate that part-time training have increased constantly through the years. As a result, in 1990 more than one million ladies enrolled, more than 300 thousand of them added. In the same way, the complete courses have increased in those years reaching more than 200 thousand.
