It is noticable that the most expenditures in 2010 were on education and healthcare, which accounted the biggest parts on pie charts. Government spent few money on other expenditures. Education, which included the biggest proportion, in 2010 it accounted 24% while it decreased by 3 per cent after 5 years. Healthcare made 21% in 2010 and it decreased to a fifth. Expenditure on pensions didn't change between 5year period. In both of this years it made 19 per cent.
