The pie charts provide information on the proportion of different industry sectors’ participation in Turkey economy in the year 2000 and 2016. Overall, it can be observed from the chart healthcare and education remain steady over time. At the beginning of the interval, construction was the least significant segment however at the end finance, business and others involvement became the smallest part of it. In 2000 agriculture was the largest part of Turkey economy of 24% dramatically declined to 14% in 2016 whereas leisure and hospitality and healthcare and education contributed the second highest role to the country economy percentagewise 17%. However, leisure and hospitality went down by 3%. The government participation dropped a little through the period. The construction sector was accounted 3% in 2000, experienced a recovery to 10%. Manufacturing and trade, utilities and transportation made up a slight increment from 8%, 14% to 12%, 16% respectively.
