Overall, it can be clearly seen that the center will have a new hotel and restaurant for the first time together with changes regarding the positions of car parks, an exhibition hall, a council office, and a library. To be more specific, two existing car parks will be removed to make room for the theater and hotel&restaurant. Besides, the library, which is now situated on the right corner of the map, in the future will be replaced by the exhibition hall. Another worth-mentioning point is that in the new center, the city council will be moved to the location of the previous exhibition hall to pave way for the construction of a new open park and an underground car park. It is also noticeable that no changes will be made to the position of the concert hall and the shopping center.
