The bar chart represents the distribution of professionals by gender associated with various career settings from Advertising to Law in the
UK.
Generally speaking, it is clear that not only the percentage of both sexes were roughly equal in four achieved occupations, but also, the gender gap was not significant for these types of work. However, there were the notable exceptions of three dominated professions included teaching, construction and therapists, where female staff outnumbered their mall counterparts across two of the three careers.
Considering mall employment, journalism was the only field with men holding the same number of positions as women with 50 percent. Technique-based jobs, namely science and construction had been the most popular posts for male staff, making up 60% and 90% respectively. In contrast, the least attractive positions among men were teaching with 90% and therapists with 80% of workers employed.
Looking specifically at the proportion of female engaged, a higher rate of women had held stereotypical jobs such as teaching and therapy than men by almost eghit to two for therapy and nine to one for teaching which is apparent these careers were women's favourite. With regard to the least attracted job, construction had only 10 percent of women workers employing which was very tiny compared to men.
