The two maps illustrate a town in two separate years. Overall, it is evident that the town was both urbanized and modernized by 2016 than 1996, as it went through a number of changes and became more modern and a densely-populated town. A comparison of the two maps clearly shows how the town was transformed. Firstly, to the north of the river, there had been a space before a hotel was built in 2016. Most changes were seen to the south of the river. A row of houses was added alongside the river. Old farm buildings were replaced by a school and to the opposite and eastern side of the school, more houses were included. Furthermore, roads were extended at the cost of the destruction of the woods to form a junction. To the southwest of the town, a windmill was demolished and overtaken by a restaurant. Some tennis courts were also included. On the southeastern side, a large area had been dedicated to the town in 1996; however, by 2016, that area was lost and more houses were developed. In addition, some amenities such as shops and a playground was also seen.
