The two maps illustrate the changes in the layout of the Grange park from 1920 to its present day. Overall, it is clear that there has been significant changes in the park over the last 10 decades, which involves the addition of amphitheatre, children's play area and a cafe.
One key change is the construction of amphitheatre for concerts on the west side of the park at the site of the former stage for musicians. Also, the center of the park which previously had a fountain has been replaced by the rose garden surrounded by seats. Initially, the were three rose gardens, one on the north-west area, second on the south-western area and the third on the north-eastern area of the park, of which only the rose garden on the north-western side remains the same, the one on the north-eastern side has been replaced by the cafe along with ponds for water plants by the children's play area and the rest have been removed.
Another significant change is the replacement of glasshouse by the water feature on the south-eastern side of the park. There has been addition of an entrance to the underground car park. The entrance on the north side which opens to the Arnold Avenue and the entrance on the south side which opens to the Eldon street remains the same.
