Presented are two maps depicting the change in the layout of a community center from the past to now. As transparent from the maps, the function of the facility is simplified with a number of areas being demolished and erected. In the past, the community center could be reached by the entrance in the north-east. This entrance led to a large car park, which was situated on the left of the map and occupied two-fifths of it. Next to the car park, to the south-west corner, a garden was located and also covered the same area as the parking place. The remaining facilities of the center included two meeting rooms built in the left upper corner, an art place and an IT area located next to them on their right, and a café connected the meeting room with the garden. Moreover, at the center of the map, there was a gym, which can lead to a plethora of other functional areas. At present, the community center has experienced a number of significant change as its function is simplified. The most striking change is the car park, which is expanded one and a half times and now occupies three-fourths the map of the center. The garden next to the parking place in the past now has been removed to make room for its expansion. Similarly, two function areas namely café and gym have also been demolished and replaced by the reception. Moreover, next to the large car park, the IT area has been extended slightly while the art room size has shrunk. However, two meeting rooms are two that do not have adjustment as they still remain unchanged.
