Overall, spendings observed in five diverse areas and teachers’ salaries had the biggest rate in both in all three years with almost half of spending with 40%, %50 and 45% although the lowest spending rate belonged to insurance.
In terms of the figure of other workers' salaries, it was observed a decrease from 28% to 15% in 1981 and 2001 while a little amount of increase happened on Insurance rate with 2%, 3% and 8% respectively during the years.
When looking at the percentage of resources, although it displayed a rise between 1981 and 1991, end of the time it dropped by 6 percent from the beginning. Opposite of this, rate of Furniture and equipment showed a fluctuating direct of rising with 15% and 23% from 1981 to 2001 compeared with resources.
