The table shows the rate of primary and upper primary students who learned at home in some country between 1999 and 2004. It can be clearly seen that Kindergarten was the highest number of percentage who performed well in all years. However, in 2004 all study levels scored more percentage in their academics. In Kindergarten, there is a significant growth of each year from (2. 4) percentage in 1999 to (2. 9) in 2004. Similarly, Grades 3-4 has a constant increase of (0. 1) percent in each year. Likewise, Grades 7-8 records (1. 6) percentage for 3 consecutive years from 1999 to 2001, and stands (2. 5) as highest in 2004. Another noticeable feature is that the least performers are Grades 1-2 and 5-6. In spite of slight fluctuation in 2000 and 2001, they did well in upcoming years. However, the Grades 1-2 stands in last position with (2. 1) percentages in 2004. Whereas the Kindergarten occupies the first position with (2. 9) percentage in 2004. Overall, kindergarten played a dominant role than all other category of study levels from beginning to the end of the period.
