The table depicts information about the small five companies considered the best to work for as per the survey of the staff undertaken by a national newspaper in Britain. Overall, it can be analysed that with the exception of male/female ratio in fifth company surpasses its counterparts in the rest of the categories. Turning to the details it is evident that in terms of staff members, the figures are fairly similar, while the fifth company heads the list. Regarding gender ratios, second and fifth company has similar ratio, though in the first and fourth company women have outstripped men. As far as the age of the staff is concerned, almost all the companies has high proportion of people under 35 years and only two companies has small percentage of staff over 55 years of age. Moving further, the first and third company has small proportion of staff turnover, while the fifth company has high turnover with 33 percent. With regard to salary, one-third of the staff in first company is earning good and for third company it is around three-quaters, while for others companies figures are extremely low.
