The table chart demonstrates a number of people from England and Wales who have their own apartments and rent them from 1918 to 2011. Overall, we can see that the percentage of English citizens who can afford their own accommodation grows during 83 years but then slowly decreases. According to the chart, we can see a one involving feature. In the middle of the table in 1971 percentages of householders and those who rent accommodations is are the same and rather sustainable. In contrast, it is difficult to say it about 1918 when the difference between 2 types of residents is huge/ On one hand there is more than 20 % for people who own their house and on the other hand there is around 75% of those who can not have their own apartments. Moreover, graphs which represent renters flies down and does not change. It is shorted from 75 % to 35%.
