Overall, the proportion of HP, Dell, Toshiba, and others increased, while Acer, Lenovo, Fujitsu-Siemens and others experienced a slight decrease in one year period. HP laptop was the most popular laptop being sold in 2007, which was around a third from all brands in the world. It continued to be most popular in 2007 with a slight increase of 4% in sell proportion. Toshiba and Dell sell proportions just grew slightly, from 6. 2 and 16, 6% to 7. 3% and just above a fifth, respectively in 2007. In terms of Acer and other brands, the sold declined slightly by approximately 2% and 1 % and become just over a ten and under a fifth. Fujitsu-Siemens was the least popular laptop to be sold in 2006, which only accounted for 4. 8% sells worldwide. Also, it continued to be less popular laptop’s brand that been sold worldwide by around a halved in 2008.
