The table below shows the percentage participation of women in senior management in three companies between 1975 and 2015 56WaQ
In the mid of the 20th century women start taking a senior management positions in companies. We can see from this table the percentage of women who took senior management position. The leading company was Finsbury LTD with 16% of their higher managements were women and followed by Bamforth and Eldan LTD with 3% and 9% respectively. However, these numbers kept almost the same percentages up to 1985 for Finsbury and Bamforth. On the other hand, Eldan Ltd tripled their percentages with 14%. In the 90th and at the beginning of the 21th century, the situation have not change a lot also for Finsbury and Bamforth. Their numbers kept rising but in steady pace with 2 and 7 % respectively. However, 15 years later we can see a huge increase of number for women in management positions. Companies like Eldan and Bamforth doubled their numbers with 64 and 46% respectively.
