The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

In the table shown below is the number of visitors visit the museum after and before the renovation, where the number of tourists is seen to have changed in a positive way after the refurbishment compared to before the refurbishment with more visitors after the renovation and less before the renovation. In the charts, we have the percentage of how many visitors were satisfied and dissatisfied in a detailed manner. Firstly, we notice that after the renovation the percentage of very satisfied and satisfied tourists are increased compared to before the renovation. We can also see a major difference in the percentage of the dissatisfied and very dissatisfied where before the refurbishment the number was higher and after the refurbishment, it is largely decreased. Lastly, the unchanged number of percentages is seen in no response. Firstly, in the first chart, the percentage of very satisfied tourists is fifteen percent while in the second chart it is thirty-five percent which gives us the main idea about the chart. The satisfied percentage is also majorly changed with 30 percent before the renovation and 40 percent after the renovation. Secondly, the dissatisfied and very dissatisfied number of percentages is decreased compared to the satisfied and very satisfying numbers. Before the renovation the percentage of dissatisfaction is forty percent and after it is fifteen percent, meaning that thirty-five percent of the percentage was decreased. The very dissatisfied percentage didn’t have any major increasing or decreasing numbers in its percentage where before the renovation it was ten percent and after the renovation is five percent. On the last note, the no response percentage didn’t have any changes in its percentage.
