The maps illustrate the information of conference hall which was built in 1981 and proposed layout for 2025. In 1981, the room, a car park and reception was located on the northern wall as well as one another room along to South corner. Furthermore, the garden was situated on the whole eastern and southern side. In 2025, location of rooms, hall and reception will remain untouched. Moving further, In north and east side the car park area will be replaced for 20 rooms; however, whole garden on eastern side would be chopped and area will reduced which would be utilized for car parking. After that in the southern side garden area will be reduced and 6 rooms would be constructed which will include
