The table below gives information on the proportion of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three different diets. Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below. The pie charts data clearly shows the proportion of the Carbohydrates, protein and fat in three various diets, namely an average diet, a healthy diet and a healthy diet for sport. It is noticeable that the sportspeople require a significantly higher proportion of carbohydrate compared to an average diet or a healthy diet. The average diet contains the lowest percentage of carbohydrate, but the highest amount of protein. Looking at the more information in more detail, an average diet and healthy diet contain exactly the same percentage of protein(20%), However a healthy diet for sport has contained the lowest proportion of protein(10% ) compared to other diets. As can be seen from charts, a healthy diet for the sport contains the highest percentage of carbohydrate(60%), on the other hand an average diet contains two-third of the healthy diet for sport. A healthy diet and an average diet contain significantly more percent of fat than a healthy diet for sport(15%).
