The table and bar chart below gives information about internet users by region in 2000 and 2010.

The given table and bar charts provide information about internet users between 2000 and 2010 in various regions in the world. It shows that the number of internet users had increased in both charts in most of the places. Asia (114m and 825m), Europe (105m and 475 m) and North America (108m and 266m) are the regions wherein both years was marked with the highest users. But fewer users were reported in some places, but despite this, they achieved great results in 2010. For instance, Africa and the Middle East had only 5 and 3 millions of users but they increased remarkably in 2010 to 110 and 63. However, the figures for Oceania and Australia show an upsurge with only 3 times difference respectively. Looking at the histogram, the highest penetration rate was for Europe (almost 60%), North America (roughly 80%) and Oceania/Australia (60%). Penetration level in remained countries recorded less than 40% of penetration. To sum up, only Europe and North America noted an uttermost upshot in both table and bar charts.
